Perfumes will only be replaced if they arrive damaged.
In such cases, we will send you a new perfume under the following conditions:

  2. It must be in its original packaging.
  3. The damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order.
  4. Replacements are not available for change-of-mind purchases or used products.
